On October 1st we requested a new ticket to be completed regarding a credit card service company to be upgraded or changed from the one we had, this new company will provide better rates for our business for credit card processed on our site www.wekickthepartyoff.com at that time Andrew from get leads fast said it will take only a couple of days for the service to be completed, he requested a payment of $150.00 but we have the Silver Management service which include unlimited hours on requests and secure hosting for hour site which we think we did not have to paid for this service, anyway we need it those changes to be completed right away and we agreed with Andrew to paid $100.00 upfront to have the ticket done in two or three days the latest, (we have all emails containing this information if requestd by media or BBA if requested) they started the process but never finish the job, as a result we were not able to process any credit cards for the service we provide on our site www.wekickthepartyoff.com during the entire month of October and the begining of November 2015, not only that but the site did not work correctcly as it did before, not allowing customers to make reservations through our site, I contacted Andrew from Getleadsfast several times about this issue, he said that it was not our site or their system but all issues came from the credit company we were trying to use, we had support from the credit card company as well but it is a fact that People on Getleadsfast do not know what they are doing, at the beginning of November the entire oscommerce of our site went down and not only we were not able to process credit cards but the entire shopping cart was empty, when contacted with Andrew he said that he did not delete anything that probably was me who did the changes when I did not have even access to the cpanel, he said that he can get back the system or the page at the end of that week but he need it $150.00 to be paid in order to finish the job, I told him after all the issues that we went trough and all this money that we lost during the entire month of October that I will paid him after he finished the job but Andrew say that he wont do it until they get paid, we ending paying $150.00 more and the site never came back or issue was never resolved. I ended paying a Freelancer which is a oscommerce specialist and site developer to fix the issues from us. Getleadsfast never resolve those issues for us and never did anything to resolve any issues but requesting more money than the $150.00 that we already paid to them each month for the Silver-management service that we supposed to have.
We ending choosing a new hosting company and building a new site because www.wekickthepartyoff.com never came back as the way it was before through getleadsfast, I asked Andrew to get the access to the cpanel to fix the problem but there were to many issues on the old oscommerce that we had that was never upgraded and we were nothing we could do, that is why we build a new site with a new domain and new format to make our site comeback to life with a new hosting company and paying a oscommerce developer for all this new changes.
I told Andrew that I wanted to move to a new hosting company after having all this issues but not only they never finished all the requests but they were asking more money to transfer the domain name which was registered from the beginning by me back on February of 2009 ( I own the domain name for the site ), and he said that what we are suffering was our fault for not upgrading the system after many times they told us that we need it to make an upgrade, well how convenient to say that now from them when they never did until we get into the problem, I told him that If I he knew what was coming what does he ask to be paid twice for a service that he knew he will not be able to complete.
The site is now down or suspended by them after we told them that we do not need the services by them anymore, the domain name is registered and own by us but they now want more money to provide the release the domain name.
